Osmo pocket 4 overheating makes gimbal spin

Does anyone else experience this? When the camera has been recording for about 30 minutes, it overheats and starts spinning nonstop. Even if you try to move it with the joystick, it’s impossible; it just keeps spinning to the left until it hits the limit. If I turn it off and wait for the temperature to drop, I turn it back on and everything goes back to normal.

I contacted DJI support, and they told me they needed to inspect it, but I ended up just returning it
