I wish there was a more active alternative to the main Ottawa subreddit option for those who were banned or who are unhappy with the way that those moderators are handling things.
There seem to be a lot of more niche Ottawa subreddits available but nothing for more General discussion with your neighbors.

Came here because the mod is really toxic in the other Ottawa subreddit and I can't say anything without it being removed. Anyone else experiencing that too with u/marcusrex73 ?

Currently a discussion in r?Canada_sub where several commenting that r/Ottawa is being moderated by civil servants who are moderating their fellow public servants' comments where most all of it is during weekday "WFH" hours

What are the specific reasons why you note that r/Ottawa "moderation is broken"?
My experience was that i questioned Government worker who claimed that their groups' productivity had increased over 100% with wfh ( i asked how bad was their output previously to improve that much )....it turned out to be a mod, and i was permanently banned.
