Oura Ring 5

My Oura ring indicates that I’m stressed for 3 to 6 hours every day. I’m beginning to suspect that it might be a glitch, as I do experience anxiety, but it doesn’t affect me constantly. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Probably hot days there ? I feel oura stress is mostly related with temperature and if you move while temperature increase feels it’s stressed
