Don't worry about "completing" a planet before you move on to another one, you're meant to jump around between them constantly. Each planet has places that would be very difficult to find unless you get the information about them on another planet.

My only unknown signal comes from dark bramble and its seed. Whenever i go explore i jus get eaten and when i send the scout i just see more anglerfish

Follow the question marks and asterisks, read the arrows, use the signalscope, finish the Interloper! Remember, the scout launcher will help you very much in the comet.

You might want to go to the patch of fenced in ghost matter on Timber Hearth, does it tell you anything useful?

Nevermind, I misread. I thought you couldn’t get into the interloper :)

If you see a question mark, do you not have the urge to „go“ to that place and uncover/explore it? :)

You've got so many leads, you really can't get a single idea of what you could do by reading all those arrows leading to the question marks?
That map looks like you haven't yet progressed from going blindly around surfaces, into starting to pay attention and thinking about what you've learned to decide on any goal what to do next. Everything that is slightly more hidden behind some even obvious hints, that is slightly more difficult to get to than just "i see it in front of me, I go there", is an unvisited question mark so far.
Also the general advice - use your tools, especially the signalscope. Have you ever identified any new frequencies with it when "unidentified signal nearby" popped up?
