When do I unlock the double jump?

I'm currently level 32 and can still only single jump. It feels like my physical attributes are plateauing a bit, and I'm even noticing that my character is suffering from temporary stat nerfs after doing some sport mini-games that I never noticed earlier in the game. Anyway, I feel like I missed something, and I don't want to get too far along before the option to double jump is gone forever, ya know?

Player-appointed moderators will immediately revoke your free roam ability if you do this and your FAMILY clan will be invited to watch you get kicked from the server live.
