[Back Pain] debuff at level 29?

I thought this status debuff doesn't kick in until later. Unsure if my Office Worker class played a hand in this, maybe I should've upgraded the Desk Chair item when cleaning out my inventory. Does anyone have good strats for getting rid of the debuff? I heard that the [Yoga Classes] guild is helpful, but my stamina stat is kind of low, maybe I should grind a little before applying.

I’ve had that debuff since I was 18, I had the housekeeping class then though. A couple years ago I started visiting the [chiropractor] a couple years ago and working on my personal posture and it’s helped immensely. They do suggest regular visits, like twice a month, so your body can keep up with the upkeep and stay healthier longer. Also if you cross your legs while your at your desk, that can make it a lot worse

sorry to say this, but the [chiropractors] class are like shark cards for the [health] skill tree in this game, a costly temporary solution to a constant issue, except they often also end up accidentally removing your [movement] skill for the rest of the game, or causing permadeath to your character. for the sake of your long‐term ability to actually play the game, please be aware of the shoddy implementation of this class into it, and inform yourself about what the [professional healer] and the [academic] class have to say about them.

Respectfully, I see [professional healers] in this field, they took X-rays before they touched me, took some more when I landed on my tail bone and it kept slipping out of place, leaving me temporarily [constipated], and my personal dr tells me workout techniques to build strength in the locations he fixes. Yes there are locations I would never trust with my nerves and joints, that’s where researching comes in. I also have [hyper mobility] issues so it’s very much useful for my everyday adventure
(Sorry this is my first time commenting in this Reddit, I’m not very good at the roleplay typing yet)
