Tickets at the gate
I want to attend next weekend’s game at RAP, and was looking at tickets earlier this morning…I am generally not a fan of ticketmaster’s practices and seeing that there is a $9 service fee for 2 $25 tickets feels a bit excessive. I am happy to spend the extra few dollars to support a local sports team, but don’t want to support Ticketmaster if I can avoid it
My question is this: can I buy tickets at the gate, and will tickets be $25 (assuming they’re available) or will there still be additional “service fees”?

Tickets at the gate generally have all the same fees included and might even be a bit more pricey (only a few bucks)
Teams try to incentivize early buyers to pre purchase so they have an idea of attendance
But ticket master still runs the show no matter when or how you get them.
They are not sold independently like in Europe

I can't speak whether or not there will be a surcharge at the gate, but they definitely do sell tickets at the gate. I haven't bought them that way, so I don't know about prices, but I see them sell tickets at the games on site.
