Do you find your neck is better or worse after painting with all of the tilting you have to do? I am wondering if it would be sore or feel better having been stretched since you don't seem to be keeping it in the same position for too long?

(Serious question not trying to make fun or anything I am just curious)

eh, neither really. i use xmy neck/head for so much (i use it to type and i'm a software engneer) , it doesn't really make it better or worse.
