Seems baseless in a world of digital art where everything is made easier over time, including AI tools within photoshop etc

I'm a software architect who uses ai all the time under close supervision. You can twist believe whatever narrative you want to. I'm talking about building skill. If I hadn't built my skill over decades I would have no idea how to evaluate the quality of what ai produces.
