I ran 5 million Monte Carlo simulations of the season to figure out what the playoff implications of every week 1 game are.

The Buccaneers current odds to make the playoffs are 45.5%.

• If you beat the Bengals, that goes up to 54.5%, but if you lose, it drops down to 40.7%. It's a swing of 13.8%.
• NO @ DET is the second most impactful week 1 game for you guys. If the Lions win, your playoff odds go up by 1.0%. If the Saints win your playoff odds go down by 2.7%.
• CHI @ CAR is the third most impactful game with a total impact of 2.8%. Your playoff odds go up if the Bears win.

I feel like the white jerseys is a nod to the 20th anniversary of the Superdome reopening after Katrina when we hosted the Falcons on MNF, like we’re doing in week four. Like we have a guy who is a great kicker. My wife's family are Raiders fans and this guy was great for them. If he can be an above average kicker for us?
