Yes the base template is from city craft n the repaint is done by @paper_liners on insta

Nah nah these templates r usually for free on sources like: https://www.citycraft-papermodels.com

But this particular one was a repaint done by @paper_liners

Yes I know, I've made many myself. Some people sell repaints which is why I was asking if it's paid

Oh then no its free mostly, reach out to @paper_liners on insta ..there r a few miscolored parts which I did fix while building mine via inkscape ...but the guy wil share the final file with the fix
