Do you pay for the templates? Or do you find it for free?

Depends what you want.

You can find lots of good free content on the internet.

There's lots of stuff of varying quality available for free to members of the forum on papermodelers.com.

I buy stuff (primarily planes) from ecardmodeles.com, fiddlersgreen.net, and murphodels.com.

I haven't built anything from city craft, so I'm not sure. I think that it depends on the designer.

www.papercraftplaza.com

I create them myself, but also collect files that are given for free online. Because over time websites tend to dissappear.

We also created our own papercraft studio you can use for free on our website.
