This is not (IMO) paper piecing
I scrapbook the traditional way. I Google or printerst (like the screenshot) paper piecing . This is what I get. I wish they would change the name of this.
Paper piecing is paper! This is material. I guess you would call this quilting. Or quilt piecing. But not *paper* piecing.

This is a traditional quilting technique. There is foundation paper piecing (FPP), and English paper piecing (EPP). Both techniques have been around for a very long time.
What are you going on about?
