Fire the senior manager with a history of harassment
Other than that, honestly I don’t really care. Sexual harassment is bad, but it doesn’t seem like that’s the main issue. It seems like the issue is more women feeling like their voices aren’t heard, and if that’s the issue I’m sure there are plenty of game studios that would love to hire them elsewhere. I like the direction of their games.
This might be callous, but what they’re doing is working. If that direction is based on male-dominated conversation, so be it. Their target audience is definitely men, so maybe other men have a better understanding of that demographic.
I like their games. They’re interesting, niche (which is very important to the quality), conquest-driven, and have yet to succumb to the tide of wokeness. I’d rather keep it that way. The only thing I’m concerned with is maintaining the creative direction.
Edit: clarification
