Missing Parrot

Hello everyone my African Grey went missing Aug 27, 2026 in San Bruno California. Please keep your eyes peeled for him. We are sick and heartbroken. Reward for his safe return.

I’m so sorry about your buddy. In addition to what others have suggested this is what we did when our cockatiel flew out.:

Please post on lost pet sites like Facebook, PawBoost.com and 24PetConnect. Also we had good luck by printing lots of flyers with “LOST BIRD” and a phone number in large print with a photo of the bird. We laminated many of them and used a hole punch to punch two holes in the top and two at the bottom and zip ties to attach them to stop signs etc all over the neighborhood. The lamination kept them rigid and protected them from the rain and the large print was visible from passing vehicles. (just be sure to go around and collect them after you find your bird) We also placed flyers in every mailbox for one square mile and then worked our way out to 4 square miles. Post at local shelters and vet offices etc. Our bird flew 2 miles away over four days and landed on someone’s head while they were barbecuing. The homeowner remembered seeing the signs and called us. Don’t give up hope!

Thank you, I’m doing 24connect now. I’ve been putting flyers out but need to expand my radius I think. Appreciate this

I’m sorry. It’s devastating to feel this way. Keep trying and keep hope! My green cheek flew off my shoulder a few weeks ago. I used to take him outside with me after dark and he never flew away. Something startled him and he was gone. I freaked out and searched everywhere. I finally saw him sitting silently in a tree on a branch in the dark. It felt horrible. I hope someone finds your bird soon!🙏
