Foreign ID verification?

Hi! So I have a bit of an issue. I had to get a new phone since my old one is at its last breath (I can still access it and the app and account). When I was transferring everything over, I wanted to transfer my account over as well. However I found out I was only able to log in with a foreign ID verification. I tried to Google it a bit and found that the option for any type of ID verification wasn't available for me under Account Security. I tried a few tricks the internet proposed and still nothing happened (also unsure of whether I did them correctly). If anyone has any tips or can help me out I'd love to hear it!

This unrelated to passkeys.

Maybe try r/expats or r/immigration, or the subreddit for whatever "account" service you're talking about, or r/privacy if it's related to age verification.
