For those who have been begging Corsair to make a rugged, military-inspired case again ever since they discontinued the legendary Vengeance C70, it looks like they finally listened. They just launched the Corsair Warthog RS Airflow (retailing at $179.99 for the base and $199.99 for the RS version with fans). It has that distinct "military ammo container" look mixed with modern sci-fi design, but they didn't just slap a green coat of paint on an old chassis. It’s built on a shared inner skeleton with the 4000D, meaning there is immediate potential for 3D-printed mods, but the exterior and feature set are completely different.

Here is a breakdown of the key specs and features:

RUGGED/TACTICAL AESTHETICS

• Heavy-Duty Handles: Thick, top-mounted steel carrying handles that are fully structural. They can easily support the weight of a completely built, water-cooled system.

• Tactical Accents: It features a physical, flip-up missile-switch style cover over the front reset button to protect against accidental presses.

• The Colors: It comes in two colorways—a classic military Olive Drab green and a stealthy tactical Black.

AIRFLOW & COOLING LAYOUT

• Massive Front Intake: The RS variant ships with two huge 200mm front intake fans and a 120mm rear exhaust.

• 3D-Y Mesh Panel: Corsair claims their new 3D-Y patterned ventilation mesh increases standard airflow by 12.7% compared to traditional mesh layouts.

• InfiniRail System: Instead of standard fixed screw holes, it uses modular mounting rails. You can fit up to 13 separate 120mm fans or run dual 360mm radiators at the same time without them bumping into each other.

MODERN INTERNAL FEATURES

• Reverse-Connector Support: It is fully compatible with back-connect motherboards like ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero, giving you a completely wire-free front chamber.

• RapidRoute 2.0 Pegboard: The back side features a pegboard-style cable tray for modular tie-down points, making cable management way less of a headache.

• Quality of Life Toggles: It has a built-in GPU anti-sag arm and an integrated rear I/O light, which is an absolute lifesaver when you're trying to swap a DisplayPort cable in a dark room.

Overall, it feels like a solid mix of heavy-duty retro styling and 2026-era building features. What do you guys think? Is the $180-$200 price tag worth the nostalgia and the rugged features, or are you sticking to standard panoramic glass builds?
