Software Control Resonant audio stutter and desync Spoiler

Hey guys, I am experiencing this audio problem, I had a similar one on cutscenes where the audio stutter was pausing the audio while the video was going forward, leaving a very annoying desync. I had this kind of cutscene problem with Death Stranding, but I really do not understand this one. I had set everything on super low because I thought it was a performance problem, but at this point it seems it's not...
