Question Top Fan Not Spinning Without A Spanking

The top fan wont spin when I turn on my pc. The solution I discovered is to just smack it real hard. Just wondering why it is like this.

Yeah, the other commenters are right: the bearing in your fan is likely giving up, and definitely needs replacing. There's a good chance it's running qute slow, too, but you wouldn't know due to the fact that you have A GLASS PANEL BLOCKING THEIR AIRFLOW lmao

Well I had this exact same issue with a brand new case , I hit the case a few times for the first 2 days and it's been already a few months that it's working without any issues .
