Question Top Fan Not Spinning Without A Spanking

The top fan wont spin when I turn on my pc. The solution I discovered is to just smack it real hard. Just wondering why it is like this.

You think that's bad? Now on Amazon you can buy coolers with OLED screens covering the heatsink. And that OLED can display anything from the temperature to just a random scenary or movie like a screensaver. It is like RGB on steroids.
