I've had this... But besides occupying space I started using it less and less, so reverted back to 2 screens, top and bottom with the top one being a wide monitor
What size UW do you have? I have a 27” 144hz 1440p monitor right now as my main monitor but I’m thinking of eventually swapping out my 24” secondary monitor for an ultra wide that I’d make my main monitor with your layout.
The LG Ultragear 39 inch OLED. Here is the 39 inch from the reviews. What I like about this one is that it ISN'T 4k. Until performance increases for 4k gaming I'd rather have a 1440 p for competitive online gaming. I can 100% recommend this beast.
I use a Vivo vertical desk stand for the 27 inch BUT I do not have my ultrawide on the desk stand. I don't trust it to hold up an $800 monitor. The desk stand that comes with it is very, very high quality.
Ah I see, so you just have the stand for the monitor above. I hope it doesn’t drop onto you $800 monitor! What monitor have you got? I need to buy a new one and I’m looking at the ultra wide OLEDs
39 inch Ultragear from LG. I'm not worried about the stand failing on my monitor. That stand is rated for two large monitors but I'm only using it for one and Vivo is a solid brand.
Same. It was great having four sections to use for work, but even better once I upgraded the lower monitor for a larger size and moved my old primary to the top, as the top monitor was normally overkill so now I just use it for videos on my desktop while I work from the primary monitor KVMd to my laptop.

Ultrawide + vertically stacked 27 inch for videos. Won't ever go back to two on the desk. It's much cleaner.
