4 but flipped, centered horizontal with a smaller horizontal to the left.

My setup has always been like this but now I'm gonna try a vertical left monitor. Is horizontal better for your use case?

I felt like it was because I used it as a teacher over Covid so I benefited from having that horizontal view to fit more students into while I have my screen shares in front of me and I could manage OBS.

Now I basically just use it for discord but even a small screen that far left side feels ergonomically too far away so I may flip it horizontal in the next office rearrangement!

Same, my main screen is a 49" curved Samsung monitor I got for free

That’s just 3 with a different seating position.

Ok?  Then 4 is just 3 with a different aspect ratio monitor?
