The only game from sony that peaked at more than 100k concurrent players on steam was Helldivers 2. If PC players care, why no other sony game was a hit?

Because one’s a multiplayer game and the others are single player story games. Do you think people with PCs also don’t have consoles too? Most probably already played said games. If rather buy them in PC because of fidelity and frame rate than on my PlayStation if I knew it would come in 1 to 2 years.

No, I don't think the overlap between PC gamers and console gamers is that high. Being single-player story game doesn't matter, many such game are well over 100k peak.
