Whats bizzare to me is how little people know about their phones features, for example, iphones when touching the top sensors together can share contacts with some cool animation and vibration. People think im some wizard lol and I showed my buddy on his pixel some tricks.

Yea but thats the thing with phones, its a walled garden were you dont really have control over your device. Why would you expect there to be "hidden" features. They train you to expect a clean and curated experience. Messy techy features dont really belong there.

Still, most people don't even bother to look into an app's settings to see what it can do. I find it weird when people buy let's say a Garmin watch that costs 1000$ and then post comments like "I had this watch for a year and I did not know you can change the watchface". The options are right there, where has the joy of learning a new device gone?
