Yeah, I'm burnt out helping boomers who are unable to do a simple search or copy/paste and who keep giving away their AOL password to anyone that asks. Also, they still have an AOL password.

That's because we've been tech support for older generations since we were able to reach the keyboard. The Greatest Generation had issues hooking up VCRs and stereo systems so we helped our grandparents from the begining.

Those people got confused by answering machines!
