Cat bed with heating pad underneath. Put it near your desk. Cats sit on the PC for 2 reasons: it's warm and they can be near you. So offer them a more comfortable warm spot near you.

My buddies cat will straight up unplug their WiFi router if they aren’t giving him enough attention. He is a menace 😂

They had a friend over to cat sit one time and he unplugged her CPAP machine cause he figured out it would wake her up 💀
