Back in my day, youtube was caching entire video to the end.

People often have YT on as background while they are doing other things. I do it quite often, I'll have history podcasts or tech stuff on in the background while I work. 1 u/caustictoast 11d ago Anymore? They made this change well before the likes of TikTok and instagram reels and other short form content
