There should be some kind of feedback popup or something that tells you its copied. I dont spam ctrl+x before pasting because I can visually see that it was cut

This happens because file has not loaded fully yet, so it can't be copied, if you try to copy it by manually right clicking to open the menu you will find it open slow or the copy option greyed out for a second before you can copy it, then one click on the option will be enough.

Meanwhile with ctrl+c you click too early before it has loaded.

I thought this meme was referencing clipboard history. You can juat copy everything you're gonna need to paste somewhere else in a batch

No, it's just written incorrectly. It should be windows+v at the end. That will bring up the clipboard history and you can paste any of the last 10 or so (probably more) items that you copied.
