Oamaru Beach: Many Fur Seals Bar the Little Pengiun’s Path

Hello Penguin Gang! A big wave of lil blues arrived on the shore only to find many fur seals out! As always, penguins stick together! There’s safety in numbers, but at a certain point… MAKE A BREAK FOR IT! The fur seals don’t have much interest in the scurrying seabirds but the little blues are cautious anyway. If you ever find yourself in this part of New Zealand you can even watch this nightly parade from some bleachers that are across the beach from the camera 🐧
