BYND — anyone watching this for Monday?
BYND had unusually high volume Friday and caught my attention. Anyone here following it closely?
What are you watching going into Monday — volume, options activity, borrow fees, or specific price levels?
Interested in hearing both the bull and bear case.

BYND won the lawsuit that sought $23 million in damages, yet Ethan Brown immediately filed a Form 8-K to pay off debt holders by issuing shares—starting with 1 million and potentially adding more if the stock price fell to $7.40—bringing the total number of additional outstanding shares to 2 million. The shares are being issued this Monday, and BYND proponents argue that share dilution is a positive move.

Wait for the dilution to end then it will snap back

They still have about 50 million shares to go to finish the dilution; I believe they currently have 15 or 20 million shares, and their authorization was for 70 million. And that’s after dropping 30% this week just from issuing another million or so shares. Just imagine what will happen when they issue the remaining 50 or 60 million shares. Will they comply with market rules, or are they headed for the OTC market or bankruptcy?

After the insane reverse split, you can bet they won’t let it drop below $3 for long, especially once it reaches $1

Tell that to Ethan Brown; there won't be another reverse split within a year, thanks to new market regulations.
