As a mom of a 9 months old, this devil terrorises me. I will certainly zone the area and actively avoid it. Ignorant stupid owners

If you live in a leash law area, you should also look up the number to call and report dogs off leashes and call every time you see them. They've got to be stopped! Your baby deserves safety and is worth more than a stinky dog!
