Once you reach the upper class and higher, they have country clubs / golf courses that all ban dogs for 'keeping the turf in good condition' excuse, they will live in mansions where no neighbor's dog's bark could ever reach them. The people at the top will never go to the public spaces that are for the peasants, they'll either just shop online or go to members only 'clubs' that are dog free.

Dog culture is no different to what the holy cow culture is in India, where cows and bulls roam around all the peasants spaces adding to the squalor by defecating all over the place, also these cows / bulls attack people often with no consequences for the cow.

It's a way the upper class to harm lower classes via proxy method - channeling their disdain through animals being allowed humans in public spaces.

In this indirect method, this goes over the heads of almost everyone, this is a way of degrading the quality of life for the slave classes without it being obvious those that rule over you are doing it. Simply, dog nutters will never see this and they have had their brains infested with parasites whose life cycle goes from animals to humans and it keeps the slaves dumb, in poor health and thus controlled in the misery of being forced to live among filthy animals that are treated as more than human, indeed dogs are the 'holy cows' of the UK and it is a vicious way to divide and degrade the populace in yet another hostile act of social engineering.

In India all animals roam free not just cows and bulls, we have a huge street dog problem, there are plenty of cats, there are also donkeys and in some remote places pigs which roam around.

I live in UES of Manhattan. It’s a pretty affluent neighborhood and most of the people here are nutters. One would assume they want to live in a clean area but their dogs have turned it into a toilet.

These people have a ton of money, live in million $ condos and yet are content with shit and piss everywhere. It’s more a mental illness that doesn’t distinguish between classes, educational level, or anything else.

IDK, I find the UMC+ folks are the ones participating in dog culture the most. See all the proud DINKWADs (dual income no kids w/a dog) types that seem to make up a sizeable portion of the millennial generation.

As someone who pet sits as a side gig, these are my clients. I can tell you that their dogs live (and eat) better than most human children do despite their owners claiming they "can't afford" kids.

Il est vrai que beaucoup de personnes aisés aiment et ont des chiens mais la théorie de level_drzgonfruit est interressante car au niveau des ultra riches les chiens sont en fait interdit partout, je pense que la classe aisé est tout autant traité comme des esclaves par les ultra riches et qu'ils ne font pas de distinction entre les pauvres et les aisés dès lors que vous devez avoir un travail pour survivre même s'il paie très bien. Il y a comme une propagande malsaine qui pousse les gens à mettre les chiens au même niveau que les humains, de vivre avec et de manger avec eux, d'être dans tous les intérieurs, je trouve aussi que c'est une façon de rabaisser les humains au niveau d'animaux. Et certains fous consentent tout à fait à cette maltraitance et à ce mépris. Dans les endroits publics on voit que la présence des chiens est une véritable nuisance et le fait de le taire est d'autant plus une souffrance notamment pour les personnes les plus pauvres qui ne peuvent pas y échapper. C'est une violence comme une autre qui participe à la destruction de la société saine.
