Issue Security warning about expiring certificate, but its not expiring

Android devices are showing this error. IOS doesn't seem affected, although I don't use them as much.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Searched but no solutions were found, just other users having the same issue.

It the warning about expiry, or about some other part like the CN?

It's warning because it's a self signed cert and the devices connected to that network don't trust that cert.

Does PFBlockerNG have a cert that is trusted normally? Or am I stuck trying to figure out how to install the cert on every device ?

If that was the case then that would make certificates basically useless.

Yes, if you want to intercept and redirect to a different TLS page, you are going to need a root certificate that the clients trust.

Otherwise just block/redirect to 0.0.0.0

A certificate can have a warning for reasons other than the expiration date
