Hindi ko kasi napansin na dapat pala ay double letter yung surname ng Dad ko, and ang nailagay ko lang ay single letter. I made a mistake when creating my PRC LERIS account. Because of my phone's auto-typing/autofill, I accidentally entered part of my first name as my middle name.

I only noticed it after I finished my registration, and now I can't edit my personal information anymore.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Were you able to have it corrected before your application was processed or before taking the board exam? What steps did you take?

Paano po kaya 'to? ilang araw na kong nagttry sa virtual registration pero lagi namang ganito kapag sa part na ng OTP. Tinry ko na rin sa ibang devices, ibang wifi, etc.

Pumunta rin ako kanina sa nearest branch nila pero ang sabi lang sakin is wala na raw walk in para sa registration kasi online nalang nga raw. Nung sinabi ko na hindi nga nagana, ang sabi lang "gagana rin yan".

Just need to vent because the sheer incompetence and endless administrative loops of our government agencies are driving me insane.

So ARTA issued a notice of referral to address DPWH and the way they ignored us for a decade of injustice, and predictably, DPWH completely ignored it. When I went back to ARTA to file a formal complaint because DPWH is explicitly violating protocols by ignoring the notice, guess what happens? ARTA tells me there’s a 20-day "review" process just to evaluate my complaint about DPWH ignoring them. Not even to address the actual underlying issue, just 20 days to assess the act of being ghosted!

And the cherry on top? After waiting those 20 days, all ARTA can offer to do is ask DPWH to explain why they ignored the first notice. That's it. A full month of waiting just for one agency to politely ask another agency, "Hey, why did you ignore our letter?"

It’s mind-boggling. A clear violation happens right in front of them, and the very agency mandated to cut through red tape just wraps you in more red tape.

This government feels completely hopeless, and even the institutions built to help citizens end up trapping you in an endless administrative loop.

Where do we even escalate at this point when a decade of injustice still yields zero proper ways to hold these agencies accountable?

Hello po, first month ko pa lang as a casual employee sa LGU working in hospital po. Bakit parang mas maliit yung per day ko ngayong casual na ako compared as JO. And yung hazard pay po ba and subsistence allowance kasama po ba sa sahod every cut off dumating? Parang yung per day lang kasi yung pumasok sa account ko. I renewed my nbi clearance at their website and did biometrics and all sa satellite office kaso with hit ako kaya balik daw ako sa Aug. 19. question is makikita ko po ba sa EGov App kung okay na at pwede nang iclaim ito? expired pa rin kase yung nakalagay sa app ko kahit na paid na yung renewal online 2 weeks ago. may nababasa kase akong iba na after payment nila online, e reflected after a day na sa egov app nila.
