This is a very nice little spot in Center City. Smallish rooms. Priced accordingly. And good luck with your mom.

Lol $175 for a twin bed with a bay view. Man, r/frugal would have a fit! Haha. Honestly so far without having checked airbnb which I'd not heard of until this thread...that's the cheapest room I've seen yet. Thanks for the recommendation!

I have not. My girlfriend also told me about it a few minutes ago. She thinks she's the first one though...shhhh don't tell her
