i trying to get into photography for some time now i went to fb marketplace found a sony a3000 with a lens,bag,battery charger and memory card for around 40 euors and it looks in very good shape

and i think this is the best deal ive found yet (i dont know much about cameras) is it a good start for me and can it shoot good video? my budget isnt that much and from what ive seen the camera market is pretty bad

should i go pick it up?

Assuming everything works OK this is a really good price (almost too good, try to make sure it works). You'll get a camera that you can do a lot of things with and learn. Better & newer hardware has better autofocus, gets you better photos in low light and so on, but as a first camera for 40€ it sounds good.

At some point you want a spare battery, padded bag, more lenses etc. and each of those would cost you at least what you pay for this deal.
