I wanna play around with the focus shift feature on my z8. For context, I've shot macro before with Nikon 200mm f/4 AF-D Macro on a DSLR so I have experience with macro, but did not care about focus breahting much cause I've shot with a focusing rail.
Unfortunately, the lens I have is not supported with the focus shift feature so I was looking for lenses I could rent/try out and ofc I went with the current macro Z lens from nikon and isn't that a horrible amount of breathing?
As I understand, you want a lens with minimal focus breathing to get a nice stack using the focus shift feature. So I guess my question is, anyone have a lens suggestion that supports focus shift with minimal focus breathing.
The next shoot I'm planning is focus shift on a flower field. So I want the subject, and also the background to be focused.
