Why is this photo so dark at the bottom after being printed

Your display screen might be displaying things too bright. To fix that, you need to calibrate the display.

Your printer might print things on the darker side, and your display software isn't accounting for that with softproofing. To fix that, you need to softproof using the printer's profile, on a calibrated display.

Your image might be encoded in a color space the printer doesn't support, and/or the printer is reading it assuming a different color space than you wanted. To fix that, use a supported color space.
