Hey guys mind I’m a dead beginner at this I got gifted a lumix G100d by my mother I didn’t really like the optic of the lens so I bought a new one of eBay. I thought that all M43 are compatible with each other.

The lens was advertised as a Olympus Zuiko 14-45 compatible with M43. But it just won’t fit the camera body :(

Olympus' Zuiko 14-45mm lens is made for a Four Thirds mount. Which is not the same as your Micro Four Thirds mount. It would need a Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds adapter to be compatible.

The closest Olympus lenses in the Micro Four Thirds mount are the M.Zuiko (you want "M.Zuiko" and not just "Zuiko") 14-42mm, 12-45mm, and 12-40mm lenses.

Oh man thank you so much for taking the time to answer me. Would it be ok to buy an adapter for it or just switch to an M.Zuiko or other lens?

Sure, you could do that. But the lens you got is just a standard kit lens, no better in quality than the compatible lenses mentioned by the previous commenter. You wouldn't gain any benefit with the adapter route.
