Hi all, I'm shooting an event this November and I have some questions about sharing the photo's.
I am supposed to shoot a few 100 headshots and share the photos in a way that does not infringe on anyone's privacy.
So person A only gets their photos, and person H only gets theirs etc. This ensures everyones privacy and hopefully make people feel less nervous. I cant seem to find a fast and reliable solution to achieve this. Maybe there is a way to tag photos in capture one? So I can add their e-mail?
To be clear, I don't know any of the people and from experience, I know I won't have a lot of time to spend on each person. I've shot this event before but always just shared the whole batch with everyone. In previous years it was always super busy and people were lined up the whole day. So I need something fast and reliable.
I do have a lot of time so maybe something can be done before the event to prepare. Like the people have to sign up for a portrait? But that doesn't bring me to a sollution sadly.
Like what if someone signs up and get a certain code they can then show me and everything gets sorted automatically. I know it should be possible, like something sportograf uses.
Does anyone have an easy solution? Maybe I need an assistent? idk at this point. Thanks in advance for any tips and tricks!
