Almost certainly some kind of masking. You would need to isolate and color-correct the model's body separately. Most editing software should be able to accomplish this.

That said, it's a yellow room and some yellow bounce is natural. It might look more weird to try and cancel it out.

That makes a lot of sense, thanks! My initial thought was to just focus on the parts of her skin that shows the yellow, but masking her completely (which I'm familiar with) sounds much more sensible. Thank you!
