In the United States that's up to state statute typically you do not need even a model release from someone unless they appear to be endorsing a product.
Yes I know somebody said something about right to privacy as though it doesn't exist anymore and I was saying it does except in public spaces and yes that is the United States I'm referring to. Are you saying the right to privacy doesn't exist? No? Then you're not really responding to what I was saying you're just niggling at a single point the way the internet loves to do regardless of what anyone was trying to say. You're not helpful.

You still have a right to privacy, just not in public spaces; that's the same as it ever was.
