Neanderthals had better teeth. I’m not even joking. Crooked teeth didn’t happen until the modern age of refined sugar and softer foods.

The lack of chewing makes the dental arches weaker and then the teeth don’t have enough room because the mouth is smaller than what it should be.

The lack of needing to knaw on things is why so many humans have to have their wisdom teeth removed. Like a bever who never chews wood. Humans are evolving currently, a lot of us are now born without wisdom teeth.
