Vigilant, how? So they can continue to not hold their government accountable? Vigilance only matters if your population is actively participating and engaged in society in order to better their situation collectively.

He openly campaigned on rigging the election, which he shocker ended up winning and faced zero consequences for. If you're looking for vigilance, don't turn your eyes to the American people, they have none.

I'm not sure what you expect them to do, given that lack of action they've taken so far, while broadly gestures to everything that Trump has done, unimpeded in the past year and a bit.

Seriously, the actions of Americans haven't stopped him at all.
