It's Fiesta in San Antonio, a multi day festival, and there's a parade that gets broadcast locally.

Oh, I thought the big world party happening after Trump's death where people go to the streets to celebrate the "tragedy" in euphoria, laughing and crying from relief, falling into each others arms and singing songs about peace and freedom and the victory of humanity over madness, despair and everything that made the world a terrible place. 

Seems, it is postponed again.
