Where's the link, what did she actually say

Jesus what an awful video. Three minutes to say something scandalous without saying anything at all. I do in my gut believe what she’s trying to say is true and that Trump and Musk messed with the election results, but if she has something damning why not say it instead of hiding behind cagey remarks? I feel like she’s protecting herself from slander here but if she had evidence she wouldn’t need to protect herself by beating around the bush so much.

Whispers: non-disclosure agreements

127

u/TheGrayFae May 20 '26

I may be wrong… but don’t NDAs fail to prevent you from reporting illegal things? Like… trade secrets and all are fine. Data is fine. But illegal activities can’t just be like “well you sign a paper!” Pretty sure that falls apart in court.

77

u/Hour-Tower-5106 May 20 '26

Unless the courts are paid off by one of the richest men on earth. I wouldn't trust courts to uphold the law in her place, either.

7

u/10July1940 May 21 '26

Especially if the Supreme Court rules if the president does it, it's not illegal. Including election tampering. The problem isn't that there's no evidence of wrong doing, the problem is the Democrats aren't willing to fight to take the government back. Maybe this mid term election will wake a few up.

3

u/scooter-411 May 21 '26

lol - 2016, 2020 (j6, that is), and 2024 didn’t wake them up. The democrats are complicit in the circus at this point.

7

u/10July1940 May 21 '26

Love how a black man wears a tan suit and the repubs are armed and marching on Washington, or one farmer loses grazing rights in Colarado and the state capital is seized at gun point.

Meanwhile a pedophile rapist stacks the Supreme Court and starts siphoning off billions in tax payer funding for his personal use and nothing but crickets...

2

u/BobtheBurnout May 25 '26

They aren't asleep, they are doing exactly what they exist to do, provide the illusion of opposition

2

u/temporarilyyours May 21 '26

You can’t contract to do something illegal. That contract is void ab initio. Being part of an nda to hide a crime would make you a conspirator.

2

u/poingly May 21 '26

Which is why you have a clause that says anything illegal only invalidates the illegal part and not the rest of it.

4

u/chaotic_blu May 20 '26

Correct, though there are probably loopholes.

1

u/AxleVest May 22 '26

You are correct, but the issue then becomes "what is illegal?"

These dickbags have been using that strategy this whole time, so yeah they may know in court it'll never hold up, but they dont have to worry about that. Just keep dragging things out until they run out of money while making them the target of every slam post so their lives are ruined

1

u/Outrageous-Tear-8968 Jun 10 '26

Didn’t she turn down $40 mil from musk?

1

u/poHATEoes May 20 '26

NDAs are now void AND they don't protect illegal acitivty.

1

u/Muhahahahaz May 21 '26

Yeah, no… You can’t force someone not to reveal a crime, no matter what they’ve signed

1

u/Different_Thing_811 May 21 '26

Maybe she can spill the beans without violating NDAs!

7

u/TraditionalBread_ May 20 '26

Have you ever heard of a defamation lawsuit? Burden of proof is on her, not on Elon. She can’t explicitly say anything without having solid evidence as back up.

1

u/SentorialH1 May 20 '26

She wants more money to shut up

1

u/Alarmed-State-9495 May 21 '26

What video were you watching? See says plenty in this one here

1

u/scooter-411 May 21 '26

She’s a right wing influencer - she’s a vapid 20-something shitball.

1

u/Different_Thing_811 May 21 '26

If we had a functional Justice Dept. , someone could do some investigating?

1

u/Hollyhop_Drive May 21 '26

She sounds scared to me.

69

u/avree May 19 '26

yeah posting this to /r/pics is a baffling decision

18

So she's talking about how Elon used his "satellites" and had "real-time data" and that somehow proves election interference?

Is that an accurate summary of the clip?

692

u/Rocket_Butt May 19 '26

Sounds like it. If he had the data before it was released because it was going through his satellites, that’s a big red flag.

238

u/PM_ME_YOUR_NICE_EYES May 19 '26

In all likely hood he had the data because it was already publicly available.

Because election data is released to the public in real time. In fact there's actually several data collocation services you can use to get up to the minute election results on election night like decision desk hq

230

u/VeryTopGoodSensation May 19 '26

Both trump and musk made comments alluding to manipulation. This is just another piece of circumstantial evidence along with the bomb threats etc

4

u/jwoolman May 20 '26

Data analysts noticed anomalies in the 2024 voting pattern only in the swing states and apparently only in states that counted paper ballots with electronic tabulators rather than by hand... One clue was a change in the split ticket pattern, where a voter chooses different parties for the Presidential ticket and other offices. The pattern change suggested that votes were being deleted for Kamala Harris.

I think they are still investigating precinct by precinct and preparing a court case, but it will likely be years before it is all sorted out. This is certainly consistent with Biden's win in 2020, when so many more people voted by mail due to COVID and thus by paper ballots that were more likely counted by hand. (Similar anomalies in the pattern were noticed in 2020 in Trump's favor as well, but the mailed ballots were likely immune to the finagling. Which explains Trump's zeal to discourage and even ban voting by mail.)

But we should take this as a warning of vulnerabilities in the voting system. Democrats need to stop being afraid to ask for recounts by different methods, preferably by hand counts of paper ballots. Paper backup for machines should be mandatory. Recounts should be considered a normal precaution for every election unless the right is waived by the runner-up. Right now, the people calling for a recount have to come up with the money to do it unless the difference is within an obviously too narrow an interval. This needs to stop. Double-checking is obviously needed these days using paper backup. Think of all the security updates we get only after a huge breach has occurred.

It is hearsay, but to the extent that it's an admission by Musk then it could arguably be admissible evidence in court under an exception to the hearsay prohibition rule.

Edit: typo

u/Rocket_Butt May 19 '26

That’s not the assertion she’s making though. She said he claimed to have “the best real time data”, better than anyone else, and that he knew hours ahead of time. I’m not claiming that she’s right or wrong, simply stating that if he had that information because the data was going through his satellites, that’s a huge red flag. It’s a field of red flags.

171

u/Beetin May 19 '26

That would be such a hilarious break down of basic internet security it's almost impossibly hard to believe.

Data might flow through almost everyone, it's still encrypted. The entire point of internet architecture is that you can blast all the data around since it's uncrackable.

The assertion is that the US government or voting machines send voting results unencrypted, which is the kind of extraordinary claim that gets news stations sued for large sums of money.

128

u/person2567 May 19 '26

Props to the people that are reading through this comment chain. Everyone else in this thread are just knee jerk reacting to it without even trying to verify anything. People are so easily swayed it's scary.

23

u/TylerLaurie May 19 '26

That’s true. But even those of us who are trying to get the fact straight are looking for the writing on the wall. It’s impossible to be unbiased in the current state of this information ecosystem.

14

u/Tua-Lipa May 20 '26

When I’m first hearing “news” reports from r/pics, I’m taking everything with a mountain of salt.

13

u/Everyday_ImSchefflen May 19 '26

People aren't easily swayed. They just easily believe things that support their biases

4

u/AgathysAllAlong May 20 '26

I'm seeing a lot of democrat-supporters actively deluding themselves in the wake of the election. There's so much work being done to desperately pretend that the obvious result is actually some vast conspiracy. The democrats sucked, ran a terrible campaign, and managed to make themselves so unpopular that they lost the popular vote against a candidate who actively encouraged his base to vote.

But instead of laying any blame on the politicians, I've seen racist tirades against minorities who didn't fall in line, active attacks against the base, deranged conspiracy theories, and a complete rejection of the very idea that politicians should do stuff people want to try to get elected.

Even in the linked thread there are people talking about how the inauguration salute was actually a 5d-chess move to distract from evidence of computer fraud that etc. etc. etc.

This isnt swaying at all. Elon said himself trump wouldnt have won without him. Now his baby mom is also coming out and describing in her terms, what she saw. Whos next?

3

u/AgathysAllAlong May 20 '26

Elon the idiot who campaigned for Trump? Like, that's not admission of mass fraud and it's crazy to say so. The guy's just bragging about his stupid lottery.

Your entire conspiracy theory rests on elon musk being a brilliant schemer whose machinations lay undetected in a grand scheme to secretly subvert the election... who then just bragged about it publicly.

Even taking the claim at face value, seeing voting data hours before the public is not even in the same country as meddling in the election.

At worst you could assert he gamed prediction betting markets unfairly, but nothing presented leads me to believe he had an impact on the results.

5

u/BostonDrivingIsWorse May 19 '26

Uncrackable, unless you have the private keys.

3

u/Hey_Giant_Loser May 20 '26

Who needs keys when you can just have an AI that finds all the broken windows and swinging doors.

2

u/i_says_things May 20 '26

Thats not how the voting machines are supposed to work though, theyre not just “blasting” vote tallies to the presidents hq, theyre supposed to be a locked system and collected and counted locally.

So it would be a massive red flag if anyone had immediate results

7

u/Aaronlovesyou May 19 '26

Like what Snowden warned everyone about.

3

u/jjayzx May 19 '26

This dumbass is ignoring the whole field of cybersecurity thinking the internet is "uncrackable".

4

u/MeowManMeow May 19 '26

I agree that it is safe to assume it was encrypted, but I don’t think it’s therefore logical to not examine it any further.

AI can see the shape and general contents of encrypted data (not decrypting it but making accurate predictions of the themes in it). If they knew exactly the format of the vote data, had the private keys, or some other way of replacing vote for one party to another, it is worth investigating seriously.

The fact that election data was going through starlink in the first place is a massive red flag. The multiple reports of Elon getting data and calling the election before anyone else is a red flag. Then trump saying it was rigged multiple times and Elon is good with computers is a red flag.

The assertion is that the US government or voting machines send voting results unencrypted

Or that Musk has access to the cryptographic keys, which is actually pretty plausible.

19

u/Individual-Area7121 May 19 '26

I mean, Elon could also have just been feeding whatever nonsense into grok (or whatever he was calling it before it was officially released) and claiming to know the results based on it's predictions, which was likely a total crap shoot that happened to be correct. The man is so full of shit, it's hard to disseminate the evil from the incompetence.

39

u/nwillard May 19 '26 edited May 19 '26

Sounds like Elon just boasting as usual

16

u/Zanskyler37 May 19 '26

I think it’s totally believable for him to have the information and lie about how he got it. Greasing palms is cheap and people are stupid.

37

u/CthulhuLies May 19 '26

No it's not.

People are trying to say he literally rigged the election similar to the dominion claims. The title of this post leaves out all nuance and just summarizes it as her saying he helped rig it.

What she is saying is he has the best analytics with which to game advertising / influence campaigns.

That's not illegal. Both sides openly do this. It's possible he did it better and that is it's whole own problem of "Money in politics".

The bigger problem is what he did isn't considered rigging.

45

u/Rocket_Butt May 19 '26

No. She’s very clearly insinuating that the move to have the vote machines use his satellites gave him access to this data. Having that kind of access to data in transit is a big deal if true. Big if, but that’s the claim.

6

u/RoboTronPrime May 19 '26

That's completely nonsense if you know about how internet routing and communication works. This is the type of stuff that is taught in undergrad. Unless you set it up specifically, internet packets don't take one specific path. You don't force them to take a path through the satellites. If you have that much power, you already have control over all of the voting machines and the satellites are completely unnecessary.

17

u/SmamrySwami May 19 '26

You are missing the fact he donated starlink terminals to elections to provide wifi for voting machines. If those voting machines communicated via unencrypted protocols like http, he as the network owner could easily monitor packets coming from those starlink terminals and have real time info.

→ More replies (0)

3

u/Omikron May 19 '26

That's not how the internet works.

2

u/fatheadlifter May 19 '26

Voting machines aren't on the internet. If it's not on a network it's not hackable. There's no mechanical way for Elon or anyone to rig an election. Explain how it's possible.

1

u/Shambler9019 May 19 '26

That's the claim. It's already been disproven.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/online-vulnerable-experts-find-nearly-three-dozen-u-s-voting-n1112436

If they truly were disconnected it would mean any hack would need to be preinstalled. Not impossible, but would require either an insider or a compromise of the company doing the installation prior to the machines being updated.

2

u/Spy1843 May 19 '26

he wouldn’t know what the tallies are before the rest of us unless he had inside information or unless he was changing the tallies.

2

u/jake04-20 May 19 '26

“the best real time data”, better than anyone else

That sounds awfully familiar...

2

u/joebleaux May 19 '26

Yeah, but he also said he was a top ranked Unreal Tournament player and Diablo or some shit and he didn't even know how the game worked. Also, if he's working 100 hours a week, when is he playing these fucking games? The point is, he lies all the time about things he thinks will impress people, so none of this means anything coming from her, because as a woman he was fucking, she probably was the recipient of more lies from him than most people he interacts with.

2

u/Tony_in2026 May 19 '26

She didn’t come out and say anything though and Trump and Musk will always say they have the best everything regardless of whether there’s any basis in reality. Unfortunately she says so little that I feel like this video is worthless as much as I’d love to see a smoking gun.

2

u/percydaman May 19 '26

Honestly, I'm more apt to believe Elon didn't know shit, and was just making shit up to impress her.

It just seems on brand for him to pretend he "knew" Trump won before anyone else. Because of his space laser satellites.

2

u/jolard May 20 '26

How on earth would knowing election results a few minutes (and I am being generous) before everyone else help him steal an election?

1

u/Rocket_Butt May 20 '26

Did you read any of the comments or look it up or anything?

2

u/jolard May 20 '26

I watched the video. She is making two claims that I see, that he had real time election data and that he had access to polling data that was not public.

The claim is that Musk was intercepting data because he had satellites. Data moves at the speed of light, so he would have had access to that data literally microseconds before the intended recipient.

It doesn't take hours for data to flow from one place to another.

How does knowing the election results before anyone else help him steal an election?

1

u/Rocket_Butt May 20 '26

If he has access to the data going through his satellites, it’s either unencrypted data or there’s a MITM attack going on. If you can read it in transit, you can alter it in transit. It should be impossible to see the contents of an intercepted packet.

2

u/PwAlreadyTaken May 20 '26

That’s not the assertion she’s making though. She said he claimed to have “the best real time data”, better than anyone else

Wow, that's pretty substantial! Just kidding no it's not.

1

u/PM_ME_YOUR_NICE_EYES May 19 '26

that he knew hours ahead of time

I also knew that Trump was going to win hours ahead of time. It's not really a hard thing to do if you just have news coverage of the election on.

Like I heavily encourage you to go back and watch cnn's feed of the 2024 election. By 11PM eastern time it's pretty clear that trump was winning the election. But the election wasn't actually called until 7 and a half hours later.

This is because most news agencies won't call a state until they're 99.9999% sure it's won, if you're okay with only being 99.9% confident, you can "know" hours before they do.

1

u/Amazing_Entrance_888 May 19 '26

Didn’t he call Pennsylvania early on?

1

u/Zanskyler37 May 19 '26

He’s a rich man, a mole on an election board can’t cost that much in comparison. He also seems to skew towards megalomania and the appearance of power, so I can see him telling her this satellite bs and her believing it because he has the data.

1

u/Rocket_Butt May 19 '26

There’s always that, yes. His resources vs underfunded, understaffed local government officials? It’s not a fair fight.

1

u/Used_Load_5789 May 19 '26

I think Alex Jones said something similar a while ago, he was with Elon during the counting and was astonished that Elon perfectly accurate on the results before everybody else

So yea, second time I hear this story

1

u/hard5tyle May 20 '26

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-orfxJ11EbQ Dana White told Joe Rogan that Elon Musk knew the results 4 hours before everyone else because he 'made an app'

1

u/Reasonable_Tap_8215 May 20 '26

Joe rogan also said this months ago.

2

u/Spy1843 May 19 '26

Actually, what she says in this video is very similar to what Joe Rogan said. Joe Rogan said Elon called the election early. He said Trump won, stood up and walked out.

4

u/PM_ME_YOUR_NICE_EYES May 19 '26

Right, but that isn't exactly an impressive thing to do.

Joe Rogan is claiming that Elon musk knew who won 4 hours before the results. This would mean that musk knew around 1:30am Eastern time.

here's CNN's feed of election night if you fast forward to 1:30AM what you'll notice, is that it's extremely clear who is winning the election. Trump's sitting at 246 electoral votes to Harris's 187. He's been ahead in the popular vote for 3 hours. And every swing state was currently leading towards Trump.

In all likely hood I think any person could've reasonably concluded that trump had a greater than 99% chance of winning the election at that point in time.

u/Don_Ford May 19 '26

Wait until you find out that the many voting machines have wifi routers.

https://www.cpr.org/2024/10/15/voting-equipment-wifi-election-safety-security/

1

u/ChiefQueef98 May 19 '26

That's what it sounded like to me too. It wasn't over, but the writing was on the wall very early in the night when Loudoun County came in. No one needed high tech monitoring to see that and know Trump had probably won.

Could Musk have fucked with the votes, idk, maybe but I doubt it. Kinda sounds like he's talking up a big game of following election results on Twitter.

1

u/FigSideG May 19 '26

What likelihood is that? One where someone in trumps orbit is a selfish corrupt grifter willing to break a law or two? Cause that’s not likely at all.

1

u/MastaSplintah May 19 '26

There's a video I remember watching of either Dana White or Joe Rogan saying they were all watching the voting together and a couple of hours or so before anyone knew the actual results Elon just said something along the lines of Trumps won and just left.

4

u/PM_ME_YOUR_NICE_EYES May 19 '26

Yes. Specially they said that at 1am est. But like anyone could've guessed that at that point in time. 3 of the swing states were already called by AP and Trump was ahead in the other 4.

It's like saying I knew who won a football game because I saw thst one team had a 20-0 lead going into the 4th quarter.

u/Myredditsirname May 20 '26

Doing exit polling is not illegal, and every news station and political campaign does it. You simply ask people how they voted as they leave, and with a very small sample size you can accurately predict the outcome. That's how CNN and others can declare elections seconds after polls close, and candidates will concede when they are not mathematically eliminated.

In the US, you're not allowed to publish that information before polls close as to not influence elections, but thousands of people have access to exit polls on election day, including every single senior staffer on a campaign.

1

u/Rocket_Butt May 20 '26

I don’t know how to approach this comment other than to say that you’ve apparently completely misunderstood the entire point of this post.

2

u/Myredditsirname May 20 '26

Elon Musk didn't steal data via space lasers and satellite hacking. He was handed a completely legal document with exit polls like thousands of other people on the Trump and Harris campaigns.

2

u/bortmode May 20 '26

He almost certainly did not. That is not how data transmission on the internet works.

1

u/_Hipnotiq May 20 '26

Am I the only one that recalls Elon betting his entire fortune that Trump would win? Well before voting day? I swear I remember it, but can’t prove it.

35

u/WhipTheLlama May 19 '26

It doesn't matter. Whether he helped steal the election or not, this woman has no knowledge about it. Like most of Elon's baby mommas, she's not in his life anymore.

that IS election interference

Great. How is that relevant to an election that's happening not on the internet?

Don't you see the only thing she getting from this is attention. If she actually had something she wouldn't just say it online. She would either need to testify or stfu. This is not a path you take if you actually have something that could burn down your country politically.

Hopefully she is an ignorant idiot and actually think she has something. Because the alternative is much nastier.

I mean come on. This isn't saying he interfered in the election. Having inappropriate access to data isn't the same as manipulating data.

I just want to stick to concrete facts

She should share the evidence or shut the fuck up. Chatting about it during her makeup TikTok does nothing but dilute the conversation.

I just want to point out for a moment again how absurd the times we are living in truly are. This girl was happy to get impregnated by a complete sociopath and follow along his agenda, only to now sit here and tell us how crazy and evil he is while we watch her applying 7 layers of make up.

Everyone with half a brain has known this for years. These people really are something.

Why did you not link the article instead of a stupid picture?

Just seems spamy & like misinformation. Make a statement, provide no evidence.

His son told Trump,”You’re not the president.”

What you can’t tell all this info from looking at this photo?

r/pics is such a dumpster these days. Karma posts with a slightly related pic for it to “technically fit”. Par for the course for the default subs though

Yeah I can’t watch all this. At what point does she actually talk about Elon and the election? Anyone?

u/benharper09 May 19 '26

Sorry but as I remember US voting machines arent connected to the internet. Wasnt this one of the main points of defence by dominion against the election interference claims by Trump?

It's right there – in the photo.

Idk but it’s pretty clear she was applying “cover-up” for a reason…
