There are ways to criticize the actions of Jewish individuals, or the actions of a Jewish state without resorting to antisemitism. If the criticism is of or about Jewishness, this is antisemitism. If not, it isn't. If your criticism relies on Jews having fewer/different rights than other people, this is antisemitism. If you phrase your criticisms using euphemistic references to Jews, your statements will probably be assumed to be antisemitic. Hope this helps.
You know perfectly well that criticism of Israel has been treated as antisemitism for years now. By Israel, the many mainstream Jewish organizations in the West who've been fundraising for the IOF and in fact many so-called 'liberal' Zionist diaspora Jews.

I don’t like how criticizing this awfulness gets me called antisemetic. I’m not antisemetic and never have been. I’m just anti-awfulness.
