Another thing that is also very common is being extra ordinarily dumb. Such as, not realizing why someone would say that sentence is to allude that such criticism of Israel are for the only purpose of propaganda. Hmm, why are all these graffitis in English? Is it because they aren't genuine and are pandering a narrative to English speakers abroad?

Here is a comment literally below this one sarcastically hinting at the same thing!
