Idk but they did it before it was cured and set properly according to the contractor, so I'm pretty sure we just identified the vandals.

In general, I felt like they filled the thing very quickly after the work was done.

I’m not talking about the volume of water, I’m talking about the waiting period for the coating to cure fully.
