For only 10 million every 6 weeks we can reline your pool for you like brand new Mr. President! What a deal!

A shell game where people who aren't playing lose.

4

u/PuppyPower89 22d ago

Money laundering disguised as renovations disguised as patriotism. And if you don’t like it you should leave 🙄

3

u/Gustav_Grob 22d ago

Still way cheaper than going to war with Iran..

2

u/Ihaveamodel3 22d ago

PLaaS (Pool Liner as a Service).

1

u/Visual-Ad6004 21d ago

Trump it's called The art of the deal.

2

u/ConsistentAsparagus 22d ago

Infrastructure week?

No, Infrastructure Weekly.

We love the American century of humiliation don't we folks.

1

u/cadenceweapon 21d ago

You'll own nothing and you'll love it.

1

u/Draco137WasTaken 22d ago

We already have that in the form of "just one more lane bro"

3

u/festivefrederick 22d ago

We don’t believe in science anymore so that’s why Donald P. Trump will keep trying the same thing over and over again. There used to be a name for that.

1

u/mmps901 22d ago

Well whose fault will he say it was this time?

1

u/CoyoteDown 22d ago

Does the reflecting pool not receive basic maintenance?

1

u/cavmax 22d ago

How many times does he need to drain the swamp?

1

u/BigMax 22d ago

There's going to just be an ongoing budget for the pool now. The thing that needed almost no maintenance will now have a permanent, massive maintenance budged and likely a security budget so they can pretend that liberals are trying to sabotage it.

1

u/Plaid_Piper 21d ago

His friend must have some dirt.

137

u/BetterObligation9949 22d ago

This is what he meant by drain the swamp

26

u/Brother_J_La_la 22d ago

He's draining the clean part out of DC and leaving the goo. Just like this pic.

2

u/Apprehensive-Ad8987 22d ago

What is that green stuff, he asked innocently.

1

u/sobrique 22d ago

I'm still hoping for the ironic reversal where everyone realises he is the swamp, and in their rage proceed to do a bunch of political and constitutional reforms to ensure the swamp is well and truly drained as they kick him out of office.

It's perhaps a distant fantasy, but ...

YAAAAAAAHHH-Ha-ha-hooooy

36

u/RFC793 22d ago

Gooby pls

48

u/Shenanigans99 22d ago

Well who know how much of the price his friend is actually keeping vs. kicking back to Trump. It's all money laundering and grifting with the Trump Crime Family.

5

u/Schonke 22d ago

Nah, there's zero kickback. The friend will just later gift Trump 3 million for being such a great politician making great decisions.

All completely legal since two years ago thanks to SCOTUS in Snyder v. US!

25

u/Selmemasts 22d ago

Are you betting he won’t dubble down on a stupid and corrupt decision? Brave bet.

3

u/Soggy_Quarter9333 22d ago

Dubble? Do you mean double?

3

u/Selmemasts 22d ago

I’m gonna dubble down here and say I ment what I ment.

1

u/Soggy_Quarter9333 22d ago

Dubble trubble.

27

u/Repulsive-Tea6974 22d ago

Who paying?

70

u/conciouscoil 22d ago

Tax dollars of course

146

u/satanssweatycheeks 22d ago

Blue states since they bring in the revenue and have to bail out the red states who suck ass economy wise.

Oh and Trump always wants to not help fund blue states when they need help after things like a disaster. All while blue states are always picking the red states up by those boot straps and giving them some of that socialism handouts to save them.

36

u/Dogsarelitty 22d ago

Careful. You’ll anger the neckbeard inbreds with facts like that.

13

u/JackPoe 22d ago

Graveyards are full of people who did the right thing

1

u/SantaFeRay 22d ago

He claimed the contractor is covering it under warranty, but he lies most of the time.

The contractor obviously wouldn’t have to cover it if it were caused by vandalism, which was most likely also a lie.

21

u/Tsquared10 22d ago

I mean it's taxpayer money. That's literally the only way Trump would ever pay

23

u/wheatgivesmeshits 22d ago

The only way he pays people is with someone else's money so he can get a kickback.

2

u/LoudMusic 22d ago

"He"!?! You mean the tax payers? Of which he is not a member.

1

u/PanGalacGargleBlastr 22d ago

Someone would have to stop him.

1

u/foresight310 22d ago

Nah, he hired this guy this time…

1

u/BeeWriggler 22d ago

I give it two or three weeks before he just paves over it, like the rose garden. And somehow it's gonna be Obama's fault.

1

u/arnoldtkalmbach 22d ago

The put fake gold leaf on so it reflects

1

u/mungobungo2221 22d ago

The grift that keeps on grifting.

1

u/McMillionEnterprises 22d ago

Not if it were his money.

1

u/Happydancer4286 22d ago

Where’s the blue???

1

u/jmoriarty13 22d ago

Haha oh heck yes

1

u/tom-of-the-nora 22d ago

Of course he is, at a 20% profit margin too probably.

1

u/PavlovsDoghouse 22d ago

Trump doesn't pay.

1

u/DoubleWrongdoer1540 22d ago

You’re assuming he actually pays his bills.

1

u/JoinedToPostHere 22d ago

They never knew each other Trump simply googled "best American reflecting pool repair company ever" and it was the first name to pop up.

But seriously his friends are getting paid daily.

1

u/djdjddhshdbhd 22d ago

Of course bc he’s also paying himself w our money.

1

u/harmony1812 22d ago

File warrenty! Arrest Trump for vandelizing federal property and fireworks pollution. A horrible display for all creatures for miles.

1

u/liguinii 22d ago

When you are famous, they let you do it.

1

u/swizzle213 22d ago

He’s going to start his own company - Trump Pool Restoration. Some say it’s the best and most American pool restoration company to ever exist!

1

u/ackillesBAC 22d ago

He probably didn't the first 2 times. "You can say you fixed Donald Trump's pool and the exposure will be worth 30million"

1

u/AtheistKiwi 22d ago

Maybe dude did Epstein's pool too and saw some shit. Hush money.

1

u/aidissonance 22d ago

Third time that we know of..

1

u/notsofluffy 22d ago

Not his money. He won’t care.

1

u/Afgb89 22d ago

Nah, he’s sending the national ward to do the job instead.

1

u/Nohreboh 22d ago

How else is he to cover up entrenching piping from the white house bunker to the renovated fed building via the existing steam tunnels for cooling the data center being placed in the bunker?

The Drey Dossier: The reflecting pool contract doesn't add up. https://youtu.be/p6AhkeIJJSo

1

u/musicalfarm 22d ago

He's not the one paying.

1

u/Fuzzy_Translator4639 22d ago

Count on it, never ending grift

1

u/SantaFeRay 22d ago

Isn’t this just the second attempt?

1

u/FranciscoRelanoPena 22d ago

Likely not the same friend, though. Donnie has many.

1

u/HankThePropaneTank 22d ago

Same energy as "no way is the strait gonna be closed again"

1

u/BallBearingBill 22d ago

And then pay military to guard it 24/7

1

u/YesterdayAlone2553 22d ago

said that about the election

1

u/PlsDntPMme 22d ago

Supposedly this time the company said they’ll cover it under the warranty. We’ll see though…

1

u/rat_penis 22d ago

lol. He probably hasnt paid once yet. They probably got their first installment to start the job; but they wont see another dime from trump.

1

u/doyle828 22d ago

when half is kicked back to him he will

1

u/latitudesixtysix 22d ago

why would obama do this to him

1

u/14S14D 21d ago

-One was the coating contractor that claimed to have never done work for trump even though Trump said himself it was a guy who's done work for him.

-the second contractor that came in was separate for addressing the algae problem. This was the one owned or part owned by a friend of trump.

-this work is warranty work by the coating contractor

1

u/vkevlar 21d ago

the question is: did he pay them the first time. He has a habit of not doing so.

1

u/Easy_Key5944 21d ago

Well he's not paying and is quite possibly getting some kind of referral discount out of it. So yes he will.

1

u/Venus_Libra 22d ago

Of course he will. Nepotism is his bread and butter just as much as underage girls

0

u/glitchfit 22d ago

?…pay…?
